Happy June! There's so much to recognize this month - the half of the year (how are those New Year's Resolutions coming along?), PRIDE, PTSD Awareness Month, Gemini Season, and Mercury goes direct (yeah!)! Whew! So, what does all of this mean? What's the bigger picture?
In this episode, I ask several key questions to pulse-check on this mid-year milestone - some questions to spark thinking, reflection, contemplation, and hopefully (fingers crossed) some health action!
Thank you for being here...thank you for your presence and persistence in supporting this podcast so we can continue to support one another...across the globe.
As always....Listen. Be present. Connect. And Go Beyond!
xoxo,
Dr. Deb

EP 143: Grab the Mic - 2

In this week's PTSD and Beyond Podcast Episode, I add to our catalog of "Grab the Mic" themed podcasts and talk about going beyond "Remember Who You Are."
The significance of the "Remember Who You Are" phrase is more than a statement - it's a reminder for moments when we question, struggle, and are being challenged by outside events as well as our inner voice...that inner critic.
I realized there's two additional elements to "Remember Who You Are," that adds depth to understanding who we are while bridging awareness and self-confidence (HINT: those are not the two added elements but are outcomes)!
