Brett Cotter is a stress relief expert specializing in group facilitation, one-on-one coaching with Veterans. He also founded www.StressIsGone.org, a 501(c)(3) that serves high-risk demographics such as military veterans and inner city youth. Brett is the author of, “3 Keys to Managing PTSD”, a workbook to help combat veterans reduce stress symptoms. He received training from the Himalayan Institute and a Shaolin Grand Master. Brett is a member of the International Honor Society in Psychology, American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress, National Center for Crisis Management, and the Stress Coaching Association.
